The v3.3 Danzell requirements hit on 27 April 2026 — here's what changes.
We'd been with the same one-man-band IT chap for years. Lovely bloke, but we'd outgrown him — nothing was documented and every password lived in his head. Three months in with Syntek and we'd finally got MFA on everyone, a proper asset list, and I stopped waking up at 3am worrying about it. Worth every penny.
Our last provider had a ticketing system that felt like a black hole — you'd log a problem and hear nothing for two days. With Syntek you actually speak to the same two or three engineers, they remember your setup, and things get sorted the same morning nine times out of ten. The difference is genuinely night and day.
We were haemorrhaging time on a slow VPN and half the team couldn't get files when they were on site. Chris mapped out a plan, did the M365 migration over a Saturday so nobody lost a day's work, and now everyone just opens their laptop and it works. Sounds simple but it wasn't with the old lot.
Cyber Essentials renewal had become this yearly panic where we'd scramble to answer questions no one in the office really understood. Syntek walked us through the gaps in plain English, fixed them over a few weeks, and we passed first attempt. Felt like finally having a grown-up in the room on the IT side.
Honestly wish we'd moved two years earlier. We hired three new staff in January and Syntek had them set up — laptops, email, access to the design files, the lot — in a morning. No fuss. They also spotted we were paying for M365 licences we weren't using, which paid for their first few months.
